The pastor and elder of First Baptist Church Paoli is Stephen Tate. Stephen and wife, Leigh (Vessels), are parents to David and William.
Tyler Matthew is our Pastor of Worship and Liturgy. Tyler and his wife, Hope (Kaiser), are parents to Luke and Kate.

We have two deacons – Rob Chaney and David Ruggirello. These men are humbly willing to serve our church and our community in proclaiming the Gospel.
Our Director of Children’s Discipline is Amanda Hall. At FBCP she seeks to combine classic Gospel Bible teaching that encourages spiritual discipline and formation in hope that it will shape their hearts and daily lives early, defining their identity in Christ, and ultimately impacting them for all eternity.
